As a small business and small-batch nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or color preference.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of every piece. If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at (solstice.coinfo@gmail.com) with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damage
We will review each claim individually and, if approved, offer a repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as SOLSTICE is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for review.
